Welcome to Vue Yachts, your premier destination for luxury yacht charters in Dubai. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including yacht charter and yacht rental in Dubai. By engaging with Vue Yachts, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
Your charter includes the following:
To secure a yacht charter or rental in Dubai, clients must provide accurate information, including the desired date, duration, and type of yacht. A deposit is required to confirm the booking. Vue Yachts reserves the right to decline any booking request without providing a reason.
Final numbers for guests must be confirmed the night before and may not be exceeded on the day.
50% upfront payment in cash or credit card is required of the total charter fee at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the charter date.
Payment Methods:
Any payments made by Cash/Credit Card/Bank Transfer which are subject for refund usually take 20-30 working days.
Reschedule booking should be communicated 72 hours in advance. Note: yacht is subject to availability.
The Dubai Coast Guard enforces strict rules on all charter companies here in Dubai and fines are common place. If rules are broken, we reserve the right to pass on any fine to the guests if incurred due to non-compliance or disregard for the rules set out by the coastguard and enforced by your Captain & Crew.
All guests are required by law to bring original ID. Tourists require original Passport. Residents can bring Passport, Emirates ID or Emirates Driving License. Failure of compliance can lead to fine of up to AED 1,500 per person chargeable as per damage waiver agreement.
Vue Yachts offers premium catering services for an additional fee. Clients must provide advance notice for catering requests (non-refundable).
All persons under 18 years must be supervised by adults.
Footwear must be removed before boarding our yachts. We recommend comfortable clothing. All guests are advised to take off their footwear while on board.
Upon arrival to the marina you will be asked to give a pre-authorization on your credit card of AED 2,000. If you are unable to give, cash can be given which will be returned to you at the end of your trip. The security deposit will be used against any damages, supplementary packages, or additional services rendered on board.
Should there be any damages caused to the vessel as a direct result of the actions of the client or their guests, the damage and cause of the damage will be notified to the client in writing within 24 hours. A contractor, respective to that of the damage caused, will be instructed to provide an official quotation for the repair or replacement of the damaged area. This quote will be forwarded to the client and the amount will be deducted from the card used on the booking. All damages are quoted full and final.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made. In the event of a cancellation, no liability shall fall on us. Monies paid shall be refunded in full to the named charterer.
Cancellations will only occur due to bad weather conditions, mechanical failure and satisfactory upgrade options are available. Coastguard restrictions and enforcement of new laws prohibiting the charter from going ahead are included.
Vue Yachts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule charters due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues. Coastguard restrictions or UAE Law enforcement decrees, in this instance the charter will be rearranged. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Cancellations must be confirmed by the client prior to the charter time lapsing.
Vue Yachts only employs qualified and experienced Captains and crew. They are the technical experts in delivering our charter product in these waters. The Captain's orders are final and guests should be respectful of that.
Instances of anti-social or reckless behavior or any form of abuse etc. will result in early termination of your charter without any refund and possible prosecution.
Vue Yachts offers a fleet of luxury yachts for charter and rental in Dubai. Yacht availability is subject to change, and the Company reserves the right to substitute a booked yacht with a vessel of similar or higher standard if necessary.
The charter duration begins at the agreed-upon time and ends when the yacht returns to the designated docking point. Extensions to the charter duration must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.
The duration of the Trip is calculated from the Guest Booking time or Boarding Time (whichever is earlier) of the Guests and/or their Service Providers, to the Departure of the Last guest or their service providers. Additional time is billed in slots of 30 Minutes and charged based on hourly rates of the respective boats. In case of client ordered Catering or decorations the setup time is considered chargeable time.
Vue Yachts adheres to strict safety standards in compliance with Dubai Maritime Laws. All yachts are equipped with life jackets, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment. Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.
In the event of an emergency, Clients must follow the crew's instructions. Vue Yachts is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from failure to comply with safety guidelines.
The charter fee includes the use of the yacht, captain & crew services, fuel, fees and basic amenities. Additional costs may apply for catering, DJ, griller, celebration package such as (birthday, anniversary, proposal etc.) and other optional services.
Vue Yachts is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including adverse weather conditions, mechanical failures, or government regulations.
Vue Yachts maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for its yachts and crew. However, guests participate in activities at their own risk.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. Customer using the website who are Minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. We reserve the right to charge any damages or violations to the cardholder.
Vue Yachts reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Company's services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Any disputes arising from the use of Vue Yachts services will be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the courts of Dubai, in accordance with Dubai Maritime Laws.
